What This Contact Channel Is Not

FamilyCode.ph is not a law firm, a government agency, a court, the Philippine Statistics Authority or a social-welfare office. We cannot give advice on your case, review your documents, tell you whether your marriage can be annulled, estimate what a court will award, or act for you before any agency or court.

Please do not send us case documents, medical or psychological reports, birth or marriage certificates, or details about children involved in a dispute. We do not want that information and cannot act on it.

If you need advice on an actual case, speak to a lawyer. Free or subsidised assistance may be available from the Public Attorney’s Office for those who qualify, and from the legal aid programmes of Integrated Bar of the Philippines chapters. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact local emergency services or the nearest Philippine National Police Women and Children Protection Desk.
